Choi Seung Cheol (Korean: 최승철, born August 8, 1995) is a South Korean singer, dancer, and rapper. His stage name is S.COUPS (Korean: 에스쿱스, Japanese: エスクプス), and he is the leader of the South Korean boy group SEVENTEEN and the fan group 'CARAT'. He is also the leader of the subgroup 'Hip-hop Team'.
