Ryu Seung-min (Korean: 유승민, August 5, 1982—) is a South Korean male table tennis player and sports official. He served as the president of the Korea Table Tennis Association from 2019 to 2024 and will assume the presidency of the Korean Sports Council starting in 2025. In September 2004, he was ranked second in the world, the highest rank in the history of South Korean table tennis.
