He made his debut on August 8, 2016, with the single 'Hate/Rainstorm.' In January 2, 2020, he participated in the TV Chosun talent show 'Mr. Trot' and won first place as 'True.' His common greeting is 'Gonhaeng,' meaning 'May you be healthy and happy.'
