Liu Guoliang (born January 10, 1976) is a native of Xinxiang, Henan. He is a Chinese male table tennis player and coach who was inducted into the ITTF Hall of Fame in 2005. He previously served as the head coach of the Chinese National Table Tennis Team and the Chairman of the Chinese Table Tennis Association. He is currently the Chairman of the World Table Tennis Council.
