American-Chinese male singer, music producer, actor, and film director, born and raised in Rochester, New York, USA, and a graduate of Williams College. He released his first Mandarin album, 'Love Rival Beethoven,' in Taiwan in 1995 and subsequently developed his career in Chinese-speaking regions. Leehom Wang is known for his R&B and hip-hop styles, incorporating elements of rap, jazz, electronic dance music, and chinked-out (Chinese hip-hop). He has been nominated nine times for the Golden Melody Awards' Best Mandarin Male Singer, winning his first award with the album 'Revolution' in 1999 and again with 'Heroes of Earth' in 2006. In 2019, he served as a mentor on 'The Voice of China 2019.'
