Hoshino Gen (born January 28, 1981) is a Japanese male singer-songwriter, actor, and writer from Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture. He is signed to Amuse for his music career and to Daiboku Keikaku for his acting career. In addition to his solo music career, he was the leader of the instrumental band SAKEROCK, which was formed in 2000 and disbanded in 2015.
