Simba Tseng, a Taiwanese female artist, model, and actress, was born in New Taipei City and graduated from the Department of Public Administration at National Taipei University. She was formerly a model under 'Eelin Entertainment' and left the company in May 2018 after her contract expired. Previously, she performed as a dancer for the 'No Doubt Orchestra' under the stage name Xinba and was a member of the Taiwan Lottery's promotional girl group 'Lotto Sweethearts.' Later, under her current stage name, she became an assistant host on the Cti Entertainment show 'Unbelievable Vision' and a regular cast member on the CTV variety show 'Model Missions.'
